EP38: SPECIAL GUEST CHRISTY HARRISON, MPH,RD,CDN.

(This video is recorded from a Facebook LIVE session)

Self-care, not self-control. It’s a way of caring for yourself through food and not using food as a way to punish yourself or control yourself, but using nutrition, just gentle nutrition guidelines as a way to take care yourself and know, “Hey, this food is going to give me some energy, this is what I need right now,” kind of planning your day.
