In fact, you’ve really only been taught to quiet, numb, silence and avoid this deep connection. So much so that our body is typically seen as an enemy, and something to hate. Throughout this conversation, Mary will share her own life experience that helped her wake up to this connection, and show you just how much your body is actually on your team. Place drops in a 5ml roller bottle. Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil. Apply to the sternum and the wrists. *Avoid direct sunlight for 12-24 hours after applying as some of these oils are photosensitive.
Combine: 6 drops eucalyptus, 4 patchouli, 3 grapefruit, 1 lemongrass.
