HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
◼️Join the PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP for the community, conversation and accountability.
◼️Each day I'll offer a guided meditation to follow. You can download the audio and follow along.
◼️Set aside 15 minutes to do this everyday. Block it in your calendar and choose a time that will be consistent everyday if possible. I prefer early mornings.
◼️Designate a meditation spot for the next 21 days. You'll want to choose an spot in your home that is free from distraction as best as possible. Make it comfortable with a pillow if needed.
◼️Be open to the process, and commit to experimenting. You'll be trying things you haven't tried before. There will be days you don't want to do it. Days where you want to quit. Meditations you love, meditations you don't love. Give yourself permission to be ALL-IN for the next 21 days, and then decide what's the next loving step for your practice.
